100 gr Chicken Chicken (slice)
100 gr Mushroom
50 gr Carrots (blanching)
50 gr Cauliflower (blanching)
10 gr Maizena Flour
1 Onion Bombay
3 Garlic cloves
5 ml Ang Ciu (optional)
5 ml Saos Oyster
Salt taste
Insufficient Smooth Pepper
Sufficient Sugar
Step
Boil chicken meat until white, drain. Blenching carrots and cauliflower, drain.
Saute garlic until fragrant, input onion
Enter chicken and mushroom.
Add salt, fine pepper, granulated sugar. Then flush with Ang Ciu.
Thicken with maize + water. Correction of flavors.
Chicken ca mushrooms ready to serve.
PS: Blenching is a technique of boiling half-cooked vegetables using boiling water added a little salt and then drained and soaked using ice water. -chicken-ca-mushroom
