Material:
1 kg of good quality cassava, peeled, washed n pieces according to taste
5 cloves of fine garlic n coriander to taste
Salt to taste
Cold water from inside the refrigerator is enough to soak cassava
Oil for frying
Way:
- Steam the cassava with a soft 25-minute kurleb, but it depends on the cassava too
- Provide a container to enter ice water, then add salt, coriander n refined garlic, taste test if it feels right enter cassava in hot conditions into cold ice water, leave cassava until it cracks on its own
- Then drain, and brown-fried until the color is handsome
- Lift serve, soft and tender
