Donut padded super economical
For 28-30 donuts
Material:
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp of instant yeast / fermipan
500 gr wheat flour
250 ml of ice water
2 tbsp margarine (melt)
1 tsp salt
250 ml of oil for frying
250 gr refined sugar (sprinkling)
How to make:
Mix egg yolk, sugar, instant yeast. Stir well.
Add the flour and water alternately little by little. Mix well and knead until half-calf.
Add margarine and salt. Knead until smooth
Cover the dough with a damp curridge 45-60 minutes until the dough expands 2-fold.
Kempiskan dough and then round to 30 pieces. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Heat cooking oil over medium heat. Lubangi dough with fingers and fry until golden brown then drain.
After the cold give the sugar toping fine or according to taste.
