Ingredients
750 gr of beef brisket
1 galangal segment
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass, geprek
enough oil to sauté
750 ml of water
10 sticks skewers
Ground spices:
8 red chillies, seeded
8 pieces of curly pepper
to taste cayenne pepper according to taste
1 tomato or 1 tsp tamarind
3 grains of pecan chili
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
1 tsp coriander
1 tbsp brown sugar
to taste salt & sugar
Meat diced medium size, wash clean, drain.
Saute the finer spices until fragrant, add the bay leaf, lemongrass, galangal, mix well.
Masukkan daging, aduk2 hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan garam & gula secukupnya. Tuangi air, biarkan hingga air menyusut.
Correction of taste, test of meat tenderness. If it is enough, skewer with skewers each 4 pieces of content or to taste, roasted on a grill satay or a teflon pan with medium heat until the fragrant aroma of sate.
Remove, serve with pineapple chunks
