Feeling healthy and being healthy is Wonderful. I try to work on the idea of total health, not just of body but also Spirit and Mind.
My weakness tends to be in a screw lose brain.
What has helped me more then anything has been a constant Bikram yoga practice. I started practicing in 2008 and then became a Bikram Certified teacher in 2010. I have been teaching full time since June of 2010.
