Humans are eating red meat or beef meat from centuries but why eating meat is dangerous now. The answer is very simple the meat which our ancestors used to eat was very different from the meat which we eat. Back in those days, animals used to ate grass, insects or whatever was natural to them. The meat from this animal is completely different from the which is raised naturally without any type of chemicals and antibiotics.. Because they give these cows growth-promoting hormones and antibiotics o they can grow.
Red meat is very nutritious a 100 gram of red meat contains a lot of vitamins but the thing is we should eat that animal which is processed naturally in all the way without chemicals and antibiotics. and you can also enjoy the white meat which is very healthy and there are less side effects of white meat as compare to red meat.
