Good steemit community, here I bring you a rich recipe for how to prepare empanadas.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Kg of corn flour
Salt and sugar to taste
Caraota previously cooked
cheese
Oil
Makes for 10 empanadas.
PREPARATION:
Add flour, salt and sugar in a container; add water and knead until smooth.
Make balls with the flour and flatten in a plastic bag.
Fill with whatever you like, in this case use cheese and caraota (combination known as dominoes).
Fold the dough in half moon and shape it with a round container.
Fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
And ready!!! to taste with your favorite drink.
