Who else here loves to eat chocolate or any food that has chocolate in or on it when stress strikes you within?
I love to eat chocolate especially dark chocolates when I am stressed out. Besides of its delicious taste, I found it beneficial to me. It helps me combat my foul moods and stress.
Dark chocolates has been found to increase mood by increasing serotonin and endorphin levels in your brain. However, it will just boasts certain healthy benefits when consumed moderately.
If you have been troubled by your stress lately, I suggest to take some chocolates.
