Ingredients, 4 portions:
750g turkey thigh fillet
500g kale
2 onion, chopped
6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
paprika powder (optional), marjoram, black pepper, salt
Method
Fry the onion on a little oil, add the garlic and cook for about one minute on moderate heat. Then set it to high temperature, throw inside the diced turkey meat and fry it few minutes. Add pepper, salt and spices, a splash of water if needed, cover and cook till all is tender.
Until the meat is cooking, chop the kale and fry it in the wok or pan. When the kale will soft, add salt and pepper.
