Material:
1/2 kg of mackerel fish (the content is udh in blend)
150 gr sago flour
1 egg white btr
5 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
(in puree)
3 cloves of thinly sliced red onion
100 ml of ice water
2 tablespoons mushrooms
2 tsp powder powder
How to Make:
Mix fish meat with ice water, until batter dough, garlic and red onion input and flavor input, stir the dough, the last input of sago flour, mix well until dough
Then make a round batter, fry with medium heat.
