Ingredients

200 grams Chicken and or shrimp, ground roughly
100 grams Boiled bamboo (I use a bamboo shoot), sliced form of matches
2 eggs Egg, shake off
3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Ebi, roasted, puree
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Pepper powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Oil for sauteing
1/2 cup Water
Step
60 minutes
Prepare materials. If you like can be added shrimp. 100gram chicken and 100 gram shrimp
Saute garlic and ebi that have been smoothed until fragrant
Enter the chicken / shrimp, stirring until it changes color
Set aside the chicken on the edge of the pan and enter the egg, stirring until it becomes scrambled
Enter the bamboo shoots and season with soy, salt, sugar and pepper
Mix well and add water, cook until water sliced
Lift and ready to be stuffed
Take a piece of spring roll skin, adjust the contents and fold and paste with a sago flour solution
Fry until browned on both sides
