OSENG MERCON
Ingredients * meat + tetelan + kikil 500gr
- 8 cloves of red onion
- 4 large cloves of garlic
- 50-60 cayenne pepper
- 2cm ginger geprek
- 2 cm lengkuas geprek
- 2 bay leaves
- soy sauce
- flavoring
- Brown sugar
- water
How to cook
Saute the finer spices (onion, garlic, 8cabe rawit) until the fragrant input of ginger, galangal and bay leaf. Saute until wilted, add meat and tumble add water. And cayenne pepper already boiled apart. Add flavoring seasoning, sugar, soy sauce, flavor and leave to absorb. And oseng mercon ready to serve.
