This is a blended mixture of vegetables, fruits and other superfoods, such as spirulina and coconut water. Furthermore it is a refreshing and miraculous smoothie!
It has plenty of nutritial ingredients and vitamins. It boosts your immune system, contributes to the good operation of the intestine and reduces the water detentions of body.
My favorite ingredient is spirulina because of its super powers !
1)Lowers blood pressure
2)Detoxes heavy metals (especially Arsenic)
3)Lowers chance of stroke
4)Reduce cholesterol
5)Prevents cancer
Ingredients
- kiwi
- banana
- cucumber
- parsley leaves
- mojito leaves
- 50gram fresh ginger
- 1 tsp spirulina
- agave syrup
- 2 spoons coconut water
- ice and lemon slices for serving
Method
- cut into small slices all the ingredients
- transfer to a blender and mix them on high speed
- add coconut water, spirulina and agave syrup and beat until all of the ingredients are completely combined
- serve in glasses with ice cubes ( or add the ice into blender and mix it for 2 minutes to crush)

Hmmm such a lovely green drink! A recipe right up my alley. I love spirulina! Reminds me to put it on the shopping list cause I'm out :( I'm using moringa instead!
Moringa is way better that spirulina because of higher values of Calcium, Iron, Vit A, Potasium & Sodium , but it lucks a of protein , and i am a protein boy ! 😁
Hmm moringa has a lot of protein too. Or that's at least their selling angle. But spirulina prob has more. Should do my research on that one.
Spirulina has the near the double amount of protein, but morigna is super pumped on all the rest iv mention on the previous post, in other words moringa WIN ! ^^
