Ingredients
- 2 packs of enoki mushrooms
- 1 pack of sukiyaki meat
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 spring onion / a few leaves of chives
- 1 curly chili (sliced)
- Cooking oil
- Sauce:
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 3 tablespoons barbeque sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster leaf
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of chilli sauce
- Sugar white to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Enough water
Steps
Remove the root mushrooms enoki then wash. Boil in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Then divide into parts
For meat give a little salt and pepper then heat margarine roast meat for a while. Slowly while turning because the meat is very thin, set aside
Roll mushrooms enoki with meat, can use a toothpick to close or use onion or chives that have been soaked in hot water. Tata mushrooms dipiring
Heat cooking oil then fry garlic chopped until browned, set aside
Sauce: heat margarine, then saute onion until fragrant. Put in barbeque sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Add water to keep it from getting too thick. The taste test then flush over the mushrooms
Serve with a sprinkling of fried garlic, spring onion and chili
