So we got the first pineapple π from our homegarden π‘ and I thought of try making a pineapple pudding!! This was my first attempt of dealing with pineapples btw.. I have never even cut a pineapple before π
So after a while I made it and it happened to taste sooooo goood!!
Nowww let me share my recipe with you.
Things needed βοΈ
βοΈ Small or medium size pineapple π
βοΈ Sugar
βοΈ Powdered biscuits
βοΈ Melted butter 70g
βοΈ One jelly packet
βοΈ Custard powder 2 1/2 tbsp
βοΈ Whip cream 1 1/2 cup
βοΈ Milk 500ml
Method β
β Powder biscuits according to the thickness of the bottom layer you planning to have.
β Add melted butter into powdered biscuits and mix well until you get a paste. Lay it on your pudding bowl as your bottom layer. Let it chill in the refrigerator.
β Cut the pineapple into small square pieces. Add 3 tbsp of sugar and 1 cup of water into it and stew until itβs not watery.

Lay pineapple pieces on the biscuit layer after it get cooled. Leave some for the garnishing.
β Now make the custard. Add 100ml milk and 2 1/3 tbsp of custard powder into a vessel and mix well.
β Boil 400ml of milk and add 2 tbsp of sugar into it time to time.

Now add the custard mixture to the boiled milk and stir well until you get an even mixture.

Add the custard mixture on the pineapple layer and put inside the refrigerator until the custard is set.
β Make your jelly by adding 450ml boiled water into the jelly crystals and let it cool.
β After the custard is set, put your chilled jelly on top of it and let it set again.
β Take 1 1/2 whip cream and beat it to the correct level. Time to time, add 3 tbsp of sugar and some vanilla essence. Can put coloring according to the preference.
β Lay the whip cream layer after the jelly is set.
β Garnish the pudding top with the remaining stewed pineapple pieces. Allow it to cool inside the refrigerator.
Tadaaaaa! Your delicious Pineapple pudding is ready to serve your taste buds! π
