A simple recipe for making a delicious creamy cheese cake in few simple stemps.
Ingredients
- Cream cheese 250g
- Cracker 100g
- Butter 50g
- Sugar 75g
- Milk 80ml
- Corn starch 15g
- Lemon juice 10ml
- Rum 15ml
- 2 eggs
- Vanilla extract 1.25ml
Steps
- Mix mashed crackers with melted butter.
- Put the mixture in a cake mold, flatten the mixture with a press of the hand, put it in fridge. This will be used as the cake's bottom.
- When cream cheese become soft under room temperature, put it in a big bowl, add sugar, stir them with electric whisk until it become smooth.
- Add eggs one by one, stir well.
- Combine ingredients in whisked cream cheese filled with lemon juice, starch, milk, rum, vanilla extract, stir well.
- Pour the cake paste into the cake mold which you kept in fridge. Put it in ovenware and fill the ovenware with some hot water.
- Heat the oven to 160 degrees, bake it about 1 hour until surface of the cake become golden yellow.
- Take the cake out from the oven, let it cool down and place in fridge for 4 hours before eating.
