Banananas-white and brown sugar Mixture
Flour-Baking powder-baking soda-salt Mixture
Make well at the center of the flour mixture
Pour half of Wet Mixture onto the flour
Blend well then add the rest of the wet mixture while blending continually
Pour batter in a loaf pan filling up to 2/3 of the pan.
Steam for 30-40minutes
It turned out super moist and our house was filled with a delicious aroma.
These measurements are too sweet for my liking but perfect for my kiddos sweet-tooth.
You can simply reduce the sugar to 3/4-1/2 cup of brown sugar.(Brown sugar gives that caramel-like flavor)
Also the bananas are sweet enough if you are using them overripe.
This is the bottom part. The top was so pretty and moist looking with that tiny dark stripes from the bananas. My little ones cannot wait for it to cool down. I turned it upside down so I can slice the loaf and was lucky to snap two photos before they devoured the very warm loaf.
Godbless everyone.
Enjoy!
