Ingredients:
1:Channa daal 1/2 KG
2: chicken 2 small (reduce in to twelve pieces)
3: Onions 2 medium
4: Tomatoes 2 medium
5: Ginger and garlic paste 3tbsp
6: Salt 1tbsp
7: purple chilli powder 1 half of tsp heaped
eight: Turmeric 1tsp
9: Cumin seeds 1tbsp
10: Oil/Ghee half cup
11: fresh coriander 1/2 bunch

Method:
1: Take a pan, upload chicken, red chilli, salt, turmeric, cumin seeds, ginger and garlic paste, tomatoes and onions and 1 glass of water. mix nicely and cowl and cook on medium flame and whilst all of the water dries.
2: In a stress cooker, upload channa dal, water (enough amount so that the dal settles under water). upload half of tsp turmeric and blend. cowl the stress cooker and watch for the whistle to rotate. Time it for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes, do away with the whistle and allow the steam strain settle absolutely.
3: pass again to the chicken, as soon as the water dries, upload ghee or oil and maintain flame high cook dinner for good three to four minutes. add the dal in to the hen pot and blend it together. upload clean coriander, inexperienced chillies and 1 tsp all spices. blend it and cook dinner it for 2 to a few mins on medium warmth. Serve hot with Roti or Naan.
So immediately wanted to eat!
