Its a copy and paste thing that is likely done on all posts that have the topic of food. It is somewhat related in the sense that bad breath is often part of eating food or something people might be interested in relation to food posts.
This is actually a WAY smarter technique than most people that do spam. While this is still a copy paste thing its atlas "information" or "helpful" and thus much more likely to get an up vote or follow. Yet because its a copy paste it takes no time.
So I am somewhat impressed while still not being impressed haha
