Bolu Pandan

Ingredients :

6 chicken eggs
150 g of refined sugar
100 g butter, melted
1 tsp pandan paste
1 tbsp water of suji leaf
150 gr wheat flour
½ tsp baking powder

How to make :

  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy, put the sifted wheat with baking powder slowly, alternating with melted butter.
  2. Enter pandanus paste and water of suji leaf, mix well.
    Prepare a baking pan that has been smeared butter and sprinkled with a little flour. Pour the batter into a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in oven temperature 180ºC for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the cake from the pan, cut into pieces and serve.
