Bolu Pandan
Ingredients :
6 chicken eggs
150 g of refined sugar
100 g butter, melted
1 tsp pandan paste
1 tbsp water of suji leaf
150 gr wheat flour
½ tsp baking powder
How to make :
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until fluffy, put the sifted wheat with baking powder slowly, alternating with melted butter.
- Enter pandanus paste and water of suji leaf, mix well.
Prepare a baking pan that has been smeared butter and sprinkled with a little flour. Pour the batter into a baking sheet. - Bake in oven temperature 180ºC for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the cake from the pan, cut into pieces and serve.
