Brown Bapel

Material:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 25 grams of chocolate powder
  • 150 grams of sugar
    150 grams of medium protein flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 200 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
  • ½ tbsp margarine, melted
    Biang:
  • 75 grams of medium protein flour
  • ½ tbsp of instant yeast
  • 75 ml of warm water

How to make :

  • Mix all ingredients together, mix well. Imaged for 30 minutes until it expands
  • Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy

  • Heat the bapel mold with margarine
  • Pour the dough in bapelyang dioles margarine mold. Cover and let until half cooked, turn over the mold and leave to mature. Lift
