Doger ice
Required materials:
- 200 gr easy coconut meat that has been scraped,
- 25 gr red + sago pearls
- 25 grams of green mature pearl sago
75 gr + black sticky tape + - 100 gr cassava tape
- 125 gr of avocado fruit, dredged flesh
- 125 gr watermelon and diced
Sweetened condensed milk + - 250 grams of ice cubes
Ingredients make doger ice syrup:
- ½ kg of 250 ml sugar thick coconut milk
- ½ spoon the salt Red dye sufficiently
How to make ice doger:
First boil all red syrup ingredients with low heat to boil, remove, chill; Once cool, enter the red syrup in the shaved ice by pouring it little by little,
stirring evenly, storing it back in the freezer to be frozen;
Finish making syrup, prepare a doger ice cubes, pure red and green pearl sagues; young coconut; black glutinous tape and cassava; avocado; and jackfruit
Pour sweetened condensed milk on top Add ice that has been mixed with syrup before. Ice doger ready to be enjoyed.
