Ingredients:
- 1 grouper
- 3 white leeks, long cut
- 2 green leek, thinly sliced
- 7 large slices of ginger
- 1 mushroom shiitake, thick iris2
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced ginger
- 2 tbsp goji berries, soak
- 2.5 tbsp of soy sauce / fish sauce
- 2.5 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
How to make :
Clean the fish, dry with kitchen paper. Insert some ginger sheets into the fish.
Scallion of white onion on a plate and a few pieces of ginger sliced thick.
Boil water.
After boiling, put the fish on the plate and the order with the rest of ginger is sliced thick .. gojiberries and shiitake mushrooms.
Steam about 10min until done.
Put aside the stock from the fish or lift the fish and move it to the serving plate. Taste the kaldunya, if fishy or bitter may be thrown away. if not fishy and bitter, save 1 tbsp.
mix the ingredients of the sauce: soy sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth and fish broth. Bring to a boil and cook briefly until slightly reduced.
Ginger thin slices and green onion on top of the fish ..
Heat oil. then flush (2-3 tbsp) onto the fish. Followed by splattering sauce.
