Ingredients:
- 800 gr of rambutan meat (already peeled and seeded)
- papaya, to taste
- 1 teaspoon whiting
- basil, soak
- 600 ml of water
- 10 tbsp gulpas / appetite
- 1 Cinnamon sticks
- 2 pieces of Pandanus.
How to make:
- Peel rambutan, cored, wash
- Papaya peeled, then soak papaya in a solution of water lime betel approximately 15 minutes, then rinse.
- Cook water, gulpas, pandan, cinnamon, to boil off the fire input rambutan and papaya
- Store in refrigerator, serve cold
