Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup black tea leaves.
- 6 cups of boiling water.
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk.
- 1/2 cup sugar.
- 1 cup of evaporated milk, whole milk, in equal portions, or coconut milk.
- Pekak, acid powder, and cardamom to taste.
How to make:
- Put tea leaves and spices into boiling water for 5 minutes. Filter the water to remove the tea leaves and pour into the pan.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Enter the condensed milk, then cover the pan and let the tea cool down to room temperature.
- Serve the tea in a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour tea on the ice, reserving some space at the top of the glass.
- Add on top of the drink with evaporated milk, whole milk, in equal portions, or coconut milk. Serve immediately without stirring.
