Ice Thai Tea

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 ​​cup black tea leaves.
  • 6 cups of boiling water.
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk.
  • 1/2 cup sugar.
  • 1 cup of evaporated milk, whole milk, in equal portions, or coconut milk.
  • Pekak, acid powder, and cardamom to taste.

How to make:

  1. Put tea leaves and spices into boiling water for 5 minutes. Filter the water to remove the tea leaves and pour into the pan.
  2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Enter the condensed milk, then cover the pan and let the tea cool down to room temperature.
  3. Serve the tea in a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour tea on the ice, reserving some space at the top of the glass.
  4. Add on top of the drink with evaporated milk, whole milk, in equal portions, or coconut milk. Serve immediately without stirring.
