Purple sweet potato ice cream

Ingredients:

  • Purple 400 grams, clean, then cut into pieces

  • Sugar 100 grams
  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • 1 stalk of pandan leaves, cut into pieces
  • Candied red cherries, thinly sliced ​​(Ice cream sprinkling)

How To Make Ice Cream Purple Ice Cream

  1. First steam yam until cooked and tender. Then lift and peel.
  2. Pure the yam while still hot, set aside.
  3. Coconut milk, milk, sugar and pandan leaves to boil. Lift. set aside pandan leaves.
  4. Combine coconut milk with sweet potato while stirring until blended.
  5. Filter with the wire screen until smooth.
  6. Store in the refrigerator until cool.
  7. Whisk cream whipped until stiff.
  8. Put the sweet potatoes and shake until blended.
  9. Pour into container and store in freezer until somewhat hard edge.
  10. Stir until fused and freeze again.
  11. Serve with a sprinkling of red cherries.

Ice cream on top is enough to serve 8 people.
