Purple sweet potato ice cream
Ingredients:
- Purple 400 grams, clean, then cut into pieces
- 150ml thick viscous
- 150ml full-fluid liquid milk
- Sugar 100 grams
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 1 stalk of pandan leaves, cut into pieces
- Candied red cherries, thinly sliced (Ice cream sprinkling)
How To Make Ice Cream Purple Ice Cream
- First steam yam until cooked and tender. Then lift and peel.
- Pure the yam while still hot, set aside.
- Coconut milk, milk, sugar and pandan leaves to boil. Lift. set aside pandan leaves.
- Combine coconut milk with sweet potato while stirring until blended.
- Filter with the wire screen until smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator until cool.
- Whisk cream whipped until stiff.
- Put the sweet potatoes and shake until blended.
- Pour into container and store in freezer until somewhat hard edge.
- Stir until fused and freeze again.
- Serve with a sprinkling of red cherries.
Ice cream on top is enough to serve 8 people.
