Leather ingredients:

  • 150gr wheat flour
  • 300ml water
  • 1s of salt
  • 1 egg whites

Filling materials:

  • 200ml liquid milk
  • 1 piece of corn, comb
  • 1/2 carrot, chopped sliced
  • 1 leek, thinly sliced
  • chicken sausage, small chopped slices
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg powder to taste
  • chicken powder according to taste
  • 1sdm margarine
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • 1-3 tbsp of wheat flour

Exterior leather materials:

  • 1 egg
  • bread crumb

How to make:

  1. mix all leather. use a spoon of vegetables, make omelette on the sticky teflon. use a small flame to mature perfectly. do it until the adoban runs out. set aside
    made stuffing
  2. Supplement margarine on teflon
  3. Put onions, sausages, carrots, corn. saute until fragrant.
  4. Enter the flour gradually until the stir fry.
  5. season with salt, pepper, pepper, and powdered broth
  6. Pour the liquid milk until thickened like a baby porridge dough (but more viscous). set aside
  7. Take the risoles skin
  8. Pour the stuffing material +/- 2sdm. fold and roll
  9. Dip it on the egg and roll it on the panir flour
  10. fry with low heat until browned. serve
