Talam cake
Ingredients :
300 ml of coconut milk from 1 coconut
150 ml coconut water
100 g sugar
¼ tsp salt
100 g rice flour
30 g of sago flour
1 tsp pandan paste
50 g brown sugar, dissolve it with 25 ml water, boil until thickened
How to make :
- Boil coconut milk, coconut water, sugar and salt while stirring slowly until boiling.
- Pour boiled coconut milk into a mixture of rice flour and sago flour that has been sifted, slightly semi-small while kneading until slippery.
- Divide the dough into two parts; One part added brown sugar water, mix well. And one last part added coconut water.
- Pour one layer of chocolate dough into a cupcake tuna cookie, steam for 10 minutes. Pour the batter dough over it
- steam again for 10 minutes. Lift, remove the tray cake from the mold, serve it.
