Ingredients:
- 1 handful of beans (thinly sliced)
- 2 small carrots (sliced sideways)
- 3 pieces of fish meatballs (thinly sliced)
Spice:
- to taste white pepper
- 3 drops of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Sufficient Oil for sauteing
- to taste Water
How to make
Prepare all ingredients. Wash garlic, beans, carrots, and fish meatballs and sliced.
Heat oil for sauteing. Add garlic and carrot slices. Oseng2 to garlic is fragrant.
Enter enough pepper & soy sauce. Then give a little water to soften the carrots.
Add slices of meatballs & beans. Give salt. Stir evenly, then wait until the beans are easily cut off. Give a little water for the sauce if it is less. Taste & serve.
