Ingredients:

  • 500 gr of rice
  • 700 ml of coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander, roasted
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 1 bay leaf, tie the knot
  • Salt to taste

COMPLEMENTARY:

  • 100 gr anchovy
  • 50 gr of fried peanuts
  • Egg omelet, thinly sliced ​​lengthwise
  • 1 bunch of basil, take the leaves
  • Fried onions to taste, to sprinkle

SAMBAL KEMIRI:

  • 3 pieces of curly red chilli, boiled briefly
  • 6 pieces of red pepper
  • 25 g peanuts
  • 5 grains of pecan, fried
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 500 ml of hot water

HOW TO MAKE :

  • Steamed brown rice, remove, set aside
  • Boil the coconut milk with cilantro, lemongrass, and bay leaf. Add salt, cook while stirring
  • Input rice that has been steamed, stir until coconut milk absorbed rice
  • Steam again until cooked, then remove

SAMBAL KEMIRI:

  • Blend the red chili, cayenne pepper, fried nuts, candlenut, salt, and sugar. Add hot water, mix well
  • Serve uduk rice with complementar and sambal candlenut
