Organic food has become so much famous but while navigating the puzzle of labels of organic food, advantages, as well as the claims, can be a sort of confusing area. Every individual who has been hearing the voices in support of organic food would definitely put forward certain questions like:

Whereas all types of organic livestock which are grown for the sake of egg and meat should be fed with organic feed. They should be keenly preserved from injecting growth hormones or antibiotics. These standards help to maintain transparency in order to distinguish between the two types

    According to different studies, it is claimed that the level of antioxidants increases in our body as soon as we consume organic products. It helps to protect our body from cancer producing factors, cardiac disorders, premature aging as well as cognitive malfunctions.
  • Reduction of pesticides
    One of the greatest compliments is that organic food is free from synthetic fertilizers. Nonorganic products are often coated with life-threatening chemicals.
  • Immune system
    Genetic modification tends to produce tomatoes larger since several decades. As a matter of fact, the above-mentioned fruits and vegetables are mostly at high risk of adulterations so you must sort them out only from organic products section while buying grocery.

Moreover conclusively, we can say that the globe is moving forward and trying every new technique to bring about ease and comfort. Yet you should never compromise on what your body takes, no matter how hard it is but

The main problem that we have nowadays is the low trust we have over the food companies because even the food labels most of the times are corrupted and the governments close eyes on this issue.

Some times even the food with "organic" label are not 100% organic and its not specified on the product.

The reality is... eating food with less chemicals will bring us to live longer... :)

Recent peoples aim only profit and increase yield by chemicals pesticides etc which is not know what is effects on human body.pesticides and chemicals yield incrase but human go for abnormality.

Quality over quantity is usually the way to go specially when it comes to things we are putting in our bodies. You can definitely tell the organic food has a fresher natural taste.

Organic crops and foods are costly in less quantity but good for health point of view.

As a student of food technology I reffer organic foods.

You are what you eat. The sooner people go back to this old adage the better. Food that is grown with chemicals that disrupt hormonal cycles and rob the plants and animals of nutrients are not the path to health that you diet should be.

With all that I would say that making sure to eat enough vegetables and fruit regardless of it is organic or not is an important first step to take if you are not consuming enough in the first place.
