This exquisite bowl of ramen soup coupled with some mung bean glass noodles and some cut up hot dogs is a complete fusion of Chinese, Thai and Japanese origins. A good bowl of soup never goes to waste, especially if it’s as good as this one 😜

used to love me some ramen! but with hot dogs?? that's a first! 😂
The hot dogs in it is the Thai inspired part of the whole thing :) For some reason the Thais really like American hot dogs and put them in most of their dishes, at least in the street food markets from what I've noticed through out the years! 😂
I love the glass noodles in bee hoon (or pancit, depending on which part of Asia you are eating from!).
Agreed, they're a great choice and I really like them too.
