Nam tok moo or known in English as waterfall pork, is a wonderfully delicious Thai dish loaded with just the right mixture of pork, lime juice, spicy bird’s eye chili, mint, fish sauce, green onions, and toasted rice powder. This is an exemplary selection of what good Thai food tastes like. 👍
