You'd love the Thai cooking classes you could take over there, and get right into the thick of it. I was living there for a few years and I was eating 90% Thai food, because it is so good, and also because western food was so much more expensive. All about that budget, especially when it's not a vacation :)
Your Dad didn't fly there to get Thai food like he did when he went for the Roberto's did he? LOL
