Sambal khas kota Padang adalah favorit banyak orang. Bahkan, salah satu jenis mie instan membuat mie goreng jenis sambel ijo. Rasanya yang tidak terlalu pedas juga membuat anak - anak bisa memakannya. Ini adalah resep ijo sambel yang khas di keluarga saya.
Bahan :
• 1/4 kg lada merica
• 1/2 kg tomat ijo
• 5 siung bawang
• Garam secukupnya
Berikut adalah 3 langkah mudah untuk membuat sambi ijo nan lezat:
• Goreng semua bahan kecuali garam sampai layu
• Uleg makanan yang digoreng dan tambahkan garam
• Kecap asin yang telah di uleg atau dihaluskan untuk menambah rasa juga bisa membantu proses pengawetan sambel
Sup yang sudah jadi ini bisa bertahan sekitar 1 minggu pada suhu kamar, dan lebih dari 1 minggu bila diletakkan di kulkas.
