UpVoted... Yes @sanjibking Rice I eat almost daily and it is a healthy meal thus My body build to rise, keeping Me warm even if the nights is as cold as ice.

Perhaps #sanjibking there are many ways to prepare Rice for eating. Boiled or Fried or Steam are good choices...
