Pick different-colored fruits/vegs. Fruits/Vegetables with bright colours ar sometimes high in anti-oxidants. Anti-oxidants ar smart for health as a result of they take away free radicals that injury our cells. Eat fruits/vegetables of various colors: White (Bananas), Yellow (Pineapples, Mango), Orange (Orange, Papaya), Red (Apple, Strawberries, Tomatoes, Watermelon), inexperienced (Avocado, Lettuce, Cucumber), Purple/Blue (Blackberries, Prunes).
