Best meal ever today at Lucha Cantina. If you are a fan of Mexican food, but not the typical microwaved, imitation, beans out of can type. This place has everything made FRESH daily, even the the tortillas. The nachos are not only covered in pulled pork and fresh veggies, but the queso is the best I have ever had.
But today I enjoyed the chicken and spinach burrito with jack cheese and smothered in pork green chili.
There are only 3 Lucha Cantina in the world and 2 of them are in Colorado. The other one is in our backyard in Chicagoland and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. Cheers!
