Sodamngood: the piloncillo-roasted carrots. Piloncilli is a Mexican brown sugar and holy god it's amazing on these, with goat cheese, carrot-top chinichurri and sesame seeds. One of the best things I've tasted in a while.

I agree! I recommend you try some mexican buñuelos. I am sure you'll love them as much as I do.
