My preference is roasted Korean or Japanese seaweed. I love the variations from eating it as a simple snack or using it to wrap other main dishes or appetizers into them for a delicate flavorful treat.
I often make a Korean cucumber hot dish with kimchee and it is delicious to add that inside the seaweed.
I see you love Japanese food, China, among others! I'm not a fan of algae but I could change the tastes a little and know new flavors
That's understandable. It is definitely not for everyone, but for some of us roasted seaweed is absolutely essential.
