Ingredients
Nutrition
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 (1 ounce) package Knorr vegetable soup mix (or onion soup mix)
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
1⁄2 chopped onion
Directions
Thaw and drain the spinach.
Squeeze the spinach with paper towels to remove excess water.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Let set in the fridge for a couple hours before serving.
I like to serve it inside a hollowed out round loaf of bread.
Scoop out the loaf and place dip inside.
I use what I scoop out for making croutons.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
I'm not much of a cook - but this looks simple enough to make. Have you tried cooking while sipping on a Maibock?
It sound like a wonderful experience that I will have to try in the future.
wow so nice post please give me upvote
OMG this looks incredible! I love anything with spinach in it so this could be a great recipe for my family. And I love bread too haha. (Bit of a carbaholic) And I love the homemade crouton idea too. Thanks for the idea!
