I enjoy fresh sushi and it can be an expensive treat from time to time. However; I found a place a few miles from where I live where they offer half price sushi. It is made fresh throughout the day so it is another way to eat healthy in the new year!

If you get a chance and haven't already, visit Japan! Food such as sushi is tremendous especially if you like rice and fish. I don't eat fish but it was still enjoyable for me
