The dish you present is a good healthy meal, very delicious and easy to prepare.
definitive the most simple and basic is usually very tasty
Can you please give us the recipe of this nice veg manu?
It is very simple. Boil pasta noodles and I always prefer gluten free. It requires you boil it for a little longer than traditional pasta and I add olive oil to keep the noodles separated. Add some grape tomatoes in olive oil and finish it with freshly grated parmesan cheese and voila!
Today, vegetarian food is no longer 100% healthy. Because they are genetically modified and saturated with pesticides
I understand your concern and it is more challenging to know what is good for us these days. I buy organic carrots, spinach, and eggs. Sometimes, the organic fruits only last one day or seem to go bad before I can eat it so that is also a concern.
That's true. Especially most diseases caused by industrial and canned foods. So we have to improve our diet as much as possible
I am not a vegetarian, so I rarely buy meat and never buy from big companies, for example I buy expensive eggs from happy chickens :)
I am pretty careful in my selections as well and spend quite a bit of time looking at ingredient labels so I completely understand your point of view. I prefer to buy organic eggs and spend a little more to protect my health in the long run.
I am not a vegetarian but I often try to avoid eating meat to maintain my physical fitness
