Could you replace the eggs with a flax seed mixture for a Vegan option?

Hi@sequentialvibe, you can not use flax seed replace the egg in this recipe,but you can just substitute out a fat instead of the egg wash, dip in whatever oil you may prefer (corn, olive, coconut, etc.) then coating with another layer of cornflour:)
