Another quick and easy to prepare dish. And most importantly - delicious!
We need:
carrots - 1 \ 2 pcs.
parsnip - 1 \ 4 pcs.
tomato - 1 \ 2 pcs.
asparagus - 1/2 tbsp.
chick - 1/4 tbsp.
garlic - 3 teeth.
tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
water - 1 tbsp.
oregano - 1 tbsp.
salt - 1 tsp.
pepper - 1 tsp
Just like the past dish, consists of one process.
Pour the frying pan with olive oil.
We add: carrots, parsnips, tomatoes, asparagus and chickpeas with garlic.
Stir and add tomato paste.
Fill a glass of water and do not forget about oregano. Salt with pepper to taste.
Thoroughly mix and close the lid. We bring it to readiness, about 30 minutes.
Serve on a plate and decorate with fresh parsley.
