Seekh kebab is a kind of
kebab , famous in the Indian subcontinent, made with spiced minced or ground meat , shaped into hearth on skewers and barbecued .
MAIN INGRIDENT
MEAT
500 grm meat
salt as needed
1 tbsp red chilli (crushed)
1 tbsp ginger (chopped)
2 green chillies
1/2 onion
1/2 hot spices
5 grm green coriander
5 mint
1 cumin powder
Cooking oil
Direction for seekh kababs
In a bowl ,add meat salt, red chili crushed, ginger, green chili, onion, hot spieces, green coriander, coriander (crushed), mint, cumin, and mix it well.
Keep this blend in the fridge for 30 minutes
Now rub a stick with oil. Presently make the states of kebabs around sticks.
