Today I share with you a famous dish in Xinjiang, China: The Dapan Chicken .
Xinjiang Dapan Chicken This dish originated in the late 1980s and was mainly made from chicken and potato. Colorful, smooth and spicy chicken and soft-boiled potatoes, spicy and fragrant, is a must-have for the reception of guests.
Xinjiang Dapan Chicken, usually fried first and then stewed. After the production, the chicken skin is crispy and sweet, and the soup mixed with chicken and potatoes is very fragrant. Moreover, the nutritional value of this dish is also very rich, with: protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, vitamin A, B1, B2, C, E and niacin and other ingredients, regular consumption is good for health.
Need to be prepared ingredients:
1: chicken (one); 2: potato (300 g); 3: onion (80 g); 4: green pepper (40 g); 5: dried red pepper (15 g); 6: garlic (10 g) 7: ginger (10 g); 8: green onion (10 g); 9: salt (5-7 g); 10: red pepper sauce (5 g); 11: black pepper (5 g); 12: Soy sauce (10 g); 13: cooking wine (15 ml); 14: beer (650 ml); 15: vegetable oil (25 ml).
Step:
1: After the chicken is cleaned, cut it into squares with scissors;
2: Put the water, chicken, black pepper, ginger and cooking wine in the pot and boil, then use a small fire for another 3 minutes and then take it out;
3: Cut the onions, green peppers, potatoes, onions, ginger, dried red peppers and garlic with a knife;
4: Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat to 30%, then add ginger, red pepper sauce, black pepper, green onion and dried red pepper, stir fry for 30 seconds on low heat;
5: Then pour the cooked chicken nuggets, potatoes, cooking wine and soy sauce, stir fry for 2 minutes, then pour in the beer for cook 5 minutes;
6: Finally add salt, onions and green peppers, cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, then finish.
Matters needing attention:
1: Chicken nuggets must be cooked for a few minutes with seasonings, which can remove the smell of chicken (see step 2);
2: When fry seasonings, be sure to use a small fire (please refer to step 4);
3: Must use a big fire when fry chicken nuggets and potatoes;
4: How much beer can be put in according to your favorite, here I used 650ml beer, and it tastes good;
5: How much seasonings are placed according to your liking, the list is for reference only.
