Hello @helene. Your food post looks so yummy. We eat dumpings (Ukrainian varenyky) every weekend. We cook them and eat with sour cream and onions, fried or green) But the fried dumplings with soy sous have never been tried. I think that I will definitely try to cook Chinese dumplings.
