15g blended sprouts, bubbled
15g corn, bubbled
1 tomato, finely slashed
1 onion, finely slashed
1 Tbsp coriander chutney
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red bean stew powder or paprika
Salt to taste
A modest bunch pomegranate seeds, to decorate
A modest bunch naturally slashed coriander leaves, to embellish
Step by step instructions to Make Mixed Sprouts Corn Chaat
Douse the sprouts overnight and next morning weight cook it for around 10-15 minutes. Strain well.
