- Boots up our immune system and provide us many nutrients.
2 Watermelon:
Watermelon contains a very low glycemic index which makes them good for diabetic patients.However, make sure that you eat this fruit in limited quantities or not excessive.
3 Orange:
Oranges are very important for diabetes.This fruit can be consumed every day by patients because they are rich in vitamin C.The helps in boosting the immune system.
4 Pineapple:
This fruit is good for diabetes.Pineapple beneficial to the body because they have antiviral and anti-inflammatory good for diabetic patients.
5 Berries:
You can eat choose one of your favourite fruit berries such as strawberries or raspberries.Patients with diabetes can eat fruit to keep their sugars levels.
6 Guava:
Guava controls diabetes and is also for constipation.Guava is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and fiber.However, this fruit has a fairly low GI.
7 Jackfruit:
Jackfruit is a fruit that is good for diabetes.It helps improve insulin resistance in the body.Jackfruit is also the good source of Vitamin A and C.
8 Pomegranate:
Pomegranate is good for diabetes because it helps improve blood sugar levels in the body._

Cherry has 20 glycemic index levels and sometimes less than that because it can vary.This is a healthy fruit for diabetics to regulate blood levels.
10 Papaya:
Papaya fruit is good for diabetics because they are rich in vitamins and minerals.
11 Pears:
Pear is good for you.Beside rich in vitamins and fiber.Pears also helps regulate blood levels in the body._
12 Juwet:
This is a good fruit for diabetes patients.This fruit helps improve blood sugar control.
